I can guarantee you Hairy there ARE portions of these licenses that wont be worth keeping.All one has to do is look at the magnetics diagram of Serowe in the annmnt to see that there are FINGERS of bedrock and contain no coal.
There are also weathering phenomenon that can often effect the seams as they were developing as well as the seams being too narrow from the lensing shape effect of the deposits.
This is not to mention faulting and folding that might effect the seam continuity.
Im actually a little dubious at this stage about what they will find in these licenses as the Aquila/Asenjo results to date havnt been as earth shattering as AFR's Sese results IN A RESOURCE SENSE although the coal quality may be better in some of the Aquila licenses.
Its building up ones hopes too much imho to think that there is anywhere near the GEMECS estimates underlying Conti's licenses.
Obviously I hope they have billions.But to be quite honest I'll be happy if they find just one decent deposit.
