I have also been pondering over your tidbit regarding the need to get all partners to agree to participate in a bullseye drill.
As you would be aware Vil have an interest here.
I was thinking that perhaps Vil are dragging there heals on this to force some commitment from Ggp on fp.
So once one has been resolved perhaps the next will soon follow?
Next few announcements should be interesting.
