You don't even know the facts. It was 2.3 trillion. Yep that was 2.3 trillion dollars .....

Rumsfeld if you care to listen to the full interview and not the edited versions by individuals with no integrity is stating its unaccounted for. Main reason is because they hadn't the accounting resources to audit etc and the pentagons accounting system isn't up to the task. A fact know since the early 90s. Its called bureaucracy!
