its not that simple unfortunately...
... you need to factor in the total number of shares (and options ) on the market for both companies ...
Prima would equate to $6.76 AUD per share if compared to DNDN
As of today .... in simple terms ... excluding options
DNDN market capitalisation ( worth )
145,830,000 shares ( 145 million ) @ $41.47 each USD = market cap $6,047,507,100 USD ( $6.05 billion )
PRR market capitalisation ( worth )
893,790,000 shares ( 893.79 million ) @ $0.30 each AUD = market cap $268,140,000 ( $268 million )
therefore if we did a simple on the bacj of a beer coaster calculation
Dendreon is currently 22.5 x bigger
22.5 x $0.30 (today 's PRR share price ) = $6.76 per share
... and if that doesnt get one a little bit motivated ... what will
... remeber that is right now .... and by the time PRR gets there ... DNDN will be much , much bigger.... so $8 - $10 valuations for PRR would not seem too much of a stretch
