How do you know there is no productivity increase ? Should productivity increase be the sole criteria fro a wage increase ? What about cost of living increases ? If workers are cutting down on foods because they can't afford them, how can you expect them to work effectively ?
What about big pay increases for some CEOs and their senior executives year in year out ? How do we measure their "productivity increase" ?
