however, i would contest this assertion.

"The capex cost of the HPGR circuit might surprise you all on the upside, as these usually cost an extra 30% over SAG mills"

my research tells me that the capex for an HPGR circuit would be nearly an order of magnitude less than that of an equivalent SAG ie your SAG for this plant would be of the order of $60M vs HPGR of around $6M. with opex advantages also.

my opinion and research only and i could be corrected.
