nope. I don't profess to be an expert just lots of IMHOs. the only experts here are the bears telling us its all over.
im a property investor sure, but neither bull nor bear as a result. buy and sell on the numbers.
I pick an area and research it. I've only bought and sold in chelsea, dandenong, ballarat and phillip island.
