I'm quite prepared to be a target and speak up for doing something to limit climate damage.
Everyone who sticks up for principles knows they have to wear a lot of flack for doing so. They also know there is a risk that those who oppose those principles will attack the person not the issue - and are entitled to object to that.
So what I object to is people telling lies about me and attacking me personally. For example - that I was once a science teacher, that I said individual HC posters are 'ignorant and stupid', that I said individual HC posters are 'polluters who don't care about their children and grandchildren', that I am an ALP member, that I am a government employee, that I am a coward, that I am a communist etc etc.
(Knowing my memory can play tricks and, even though it is out of character for me to libel others, I checked through google and confirmed that I never said what people allege I said.)
Have a go at refuting the issues I discuss all you want, people. But stop telling lies about me.
