The recent Appointment of UK Broking Firm indicated TNG had no confidence of achieving a deal with the chinese.
Maybe the chinese will teminate The non-binding MoU with TNG.
Study was based on $A:$U 0.85:1
but now it's $A:$U 1.07:1.
This is a 26% different, just offset the whole predicted profits margin. At current exchange rate, the project cannot make any profit, and will suffer a big loss.
We should expect an European investor now, but the $A must drop before we see some hope.
