the three amigos

On reading the impressions of those that attended POH's AGM, my feelings are that POH has acquired three professional duds in their choice of directors.
The only clear and unbiased indicator of these three amigos efffectiveness is the SP.
I see Dr Ogru doing more than her fair share by being not only CEO and scientist, but also the very public face of POH in TV promotions. All these take time, effort
and dedication.
As a shareholder of many years, all I see in these three directors Clarke, Webb and James are three carpetbaggers jumping on board when things at POH are beginning to reach end stage development.
To quote Oscar, 'Clarke tried to justify his option package by stating that without it he Webb & James weren't getting paid enough. He went on to say that the job wouldn't be worth his while (going so far as to hinting that he was taking a loss working for us) and that he could get easily get more money elsewhere.'
Clarke's words at the AGM once and for ever removed any doubt in my mind the motivation and lack of dedication of these three amigos.
Long time directors and staff will have a very torrid time if these three amigos take control of POH.
