Someone has done a very nice renovation of the home and they are now caught short being unable to recover their costs and expected profits

How long did they own the home?

The agents are under preasure because they have obviously said they could get a high figure. So all the rules and laws are out the window

The buyers and renters are not willing to buy/rent at the price asked. There are buyers and renters out there and it is a nice looking home.

We can only guess at the price it will sell at but the quicker the seller meets the market the less they will loose
