i just spoke to tony. he says, as most of us have pointed out, that the market has reacted negatively to the capex. he said however, that as well as the JTC there are 5 other interested parties in negoiations. as part of any jv they must pay for the capex amongst other things to become involved in the co. the negoiations are now to be ramped up now that PFS in done.
