Never thought I would get a chance to get into MLX at such a nice price, but 22c will do nicely.
Once the Wingellina deal goes through we are at an effective market cap of $261M. (adjusted for the 178m shares for 20%).
Last quarterly report shows cash at $104M, Listed Shares at $84M, so EV on Tin Operations and remaining 80% of Wingellina is $73M. Wow.
Tin is well of its high, but fundamentals remain strong. I am looking for strength in tin price and a few more announcements regarding partial sell down of remaining 80% stake in Wingellina to generate SP increases.
