From your comments I assume you have not yet participated.
I told them I would not be submitting the paperwork until about 16th June, when money from another resource comes my way.
So...maybe...just maybe...they are ringing the ones that have not yet submitted any "monies" or paperwork.
philbar/link....care to comment as to whether you have submitted your paperwork yet.....since you received the phone call as well......I do respect your privacy though if you are uncomfortable with this.
