Quick summary, My dad noticed a property going for auction in Parramatta.He rang up the real estate agent so that he could organise a time to have a look at the property. He was thinking he could possibly rent it out and develop it at a later stage but wanted to check the condition as it was pretty run down.
On the phone the real estate agent decided for my dad that "it was a knock down" and should be developed. My dad was not impressed with his tone/attitude. This real estate agent appeared to have an agenda. He said he would ring the vendor to make a time, 3 hours later still no response. My dad calls him and the agent says that they are very hard to get a hold of (pfft yeah right). The agent also said the property WILL sell regardless on the auction day
Unfortunately my dad did not make it to the auction due to other obligations, and did not see how it all went down.

Nor could i find it on onthehouse.com
So we have a property that was SOLD yet did not show up in the auction results submitted by APM.
I would be keen to get peoples thoughts on the matter + any auction information/results on this property and where to find it.
