Maybe the water rights conditions on the mining license, disclosed here on HC but NOT mentioned or commented at all on by CCU management [ why not, its a serious matter, what is timetable now, what cost to get private land access, why was this not sorted out much earlier as no water = no mining, is Dec2011 even realistic now etc etc ] Certainly makes me a bit wary, and chart is turning into a technical sell.
