hi caribou. i wasnt at the meeting but i would guess that the cap raising was so hard to complete in its entirety in Oz would be because of the past ceo and his constant enjoy the journey promises and continual announcement of deals that constantly led nowhere yet promised so much.
the credibility of belief in the investment community and shareholders i presume was destroyed by the many many past announced deals that led nowhere
i had heard at a agm that i did attend sometime ago now that the old ceo also had difficulty many times raising and on more then a few occasions was thankful that hanamans was in the end the raising saviour.
not forgetting that they have raised at least $700k in oz this time and maybe $1m plus the $800k from the US growth fund.
these same people who have refused it this time will hopefully return much later if even half of the mentioned mindblowing future revenue numbers are met in the years ahead as we all hope. they would rather pay a heap more later without risk.
any current shareholder who has read and then re read the 4 page managing directors update published on friday would i suspect be doing everything they can to find and invest another $15k in the company in the current s.p.p.
    i know i am.
due to the past over promising of deals and revenues without anything else Mikoh is still viewed as a dog with fleas, it will take more then 6 months to shake them back off but if it does the people buying now will be extremely handsomely rewarded if they stay patient i feel.
the believers in a growth story are just boarding. the fed up no longer believing shareholders are exiting.
all you need to do is decide wish one are you.
i think the updated valuation report of around 20c a share is a much truer reflection of the companys real worth then the current share price of 2.3c
