I agree with you, people are becoming increasingly frustrated with lack of delivery time scheduling. I am one in case you hadn't noticed. I am only willing to give another one month to the story here and then time to move on.
I have learned the hard way that you can only pump so much hot air into a bladder before it eventually bursts. Maybe MHM is one such bladder.
