Look at where this stock has come from and its potential. My opinion it doesn't matter how long it takes, if there is a potential to double your money with minimal risk within 12 to 24 months then its a good investment.
Look at what they are doing, what are the delays? The development of the ponds started within days of approval, these things take time no? It wouldn't be fair to state there was little progress or developments.

A. Not for those that have bought into for LT
B. Not those that are in from .20 in a less then 12 months.
LT means long term.
.80 to 1.40 looks like a good trade to me.
