Amok, Well done on a very good post. I have been a long term holder who had concerns in which way the company was heading and have had discussions with Howard Renshaw (HR) on a few occasions as to the direction the company was taking. He told me several months ago that QMN was working hard toward bringing a highly qualified team together to begin their next phase. While HR would not give any details away due condfidentiallity he did say that shareholders would be impressed with the calibre of people they were chasing. In my opinion HR and his team have achieved this and some. When you look at the last four appointments and their credentials one has to be impressed. How they are going to pay the wages of these people would have been looked at very closely before anyone was taken onboard. Also, for these people to accept the positions they would have wanted some surity as to the future of the company or at the very least seen a positive future which has attracted them to this company. They come from BHP Billiton and have a wealth of experience, all I can say to my fellow sharholders is lets be a little excited at what has transpired over the past week. Here's hoping to a bright sustained future for QMN.
