I have been involved in commissioning and operation of large engineering plant all of my life and there are always teething problems which are likely to impact on timeframes. However problem solving will happen and the project will go ahead, maybe a little behind schedule but I have always had little or no doubt that it will go ahead. As for the teething problems, we are in the hands of experts in their field of work and that says it all for me. As long as the Lynas leadership team stay focussed and ahead of the ball-game then I will sleep well at night.
