Are you aware of info in the TLM announcements of 31 August 2009 and 22 Jan 2010 (for example).
I see a whole lot of info that contradicts your comment that "they basically wasted money drilling diamond holes without well defined targets".
The folks running TLM are experienced. I can't see them wasting money "stabbing blindly in the dark" as you suggest.
