error in pro-rata rights issue??

    I refer to paragraph 2 in the 'Information for Shareholders' letter:

    In the 2nd paragraph it says that 360,000,000 new options are to be issued to Ostana clients at $0.02 to raise $360,000.

    Either it raises $720,000 0r the issue price is $0.01.

    Or am I missing something here?

    Any thoughts anyone?
