Article in Fin Review today that suggests Grocon is in the lead to purchase the Wynyard development for $250 Million. It also suggest there are two other interested parties.
In last years annual report Thakral had Wynyard valued at $50M. If this fin review article is to be believed, once it has development approval it will be worth $250M. That equates to a jump in NTA of approx. 30 cents. Is there something fundamentally flawed with my analysis? Makes THG look like a bargain if they can sell it for that sort of money.
