just spoke to Mr Kain,

says opl jumped the gun on them , jh 1-12 has always been called jh 3-13, he says they are deviating in a new direction into block 12.

he is trying to contact opl and will lodge an explanatory Ann.

he sounds pretty p***ed off with opl , but he says dont worry everything is on target .
