Not sure about a "Bail Out"
One thing i have learned as i have got older is that he noodles who run this country are not the sharpest tools in the shed.
No way they could have deliberately manufactured this housing/debt situation, i think they have enough trouble trying to work out up from down.
Bunch of muppets if you ask me.
Only reason they survive is because their job is to spend money and not make it.
