All I can find is this:

"An overview of abagovomab, generation and mechanism of action, Phase I/II results and the status of the Phase II/III ongoing trial is given"

Sometimes companies roll a preliminary Phase 2 into a Phase 1 and then roll a further Phase 2 into a Phase 3 to save money and progress things faster, but this approach obviously carries more risk.
