Yep seems like things are falling into place all at the same time. The next few months could get interesting!! I'm looking forward to a rebound in the market in July and we could be well placed to benefit if money starts to pour back into the market.
It sounds like they have the agreement in place with local authorities, so here's hoping the mobilisation is a smooth process from there. End of June/beginning of July - put it in your calendar kids!
