Q Why is the sale of the mine so low when there has never been a better market for coal?
The Teresa coal sale price is a 2 fold play.
1) cash price for mine
2) On going royalty.
Hence it could be sold for $1 Billion with no royalty payment now, that might catch the market by suprise! This is no too stupid a suggestion especially after listening to what J Peters had to say at the Asian small cap conference.LNC is i talks to reverse the Adani royalty.
That's my 2 cents worth for the day. I hate days like today when the price of LNC is up on a down day!!!
