Are you suggesting that Linc could sell the coal to Adani and also in the same process/transaction sell the Galilee royalty stream all in one package? That would through the cat amongst the pigeons!

I do remember that Linc was under a bit of pressure to sell the Galilee tenement, because they had set up expensive funding to bridge the gap in cash, without dilluting. Maybe they didn't really want the royalty afterall.
