Dan, if the buyers are Chinese or Indian, then the processes they make you go through are exhausting. They just dont throw hundreds or billions without a lot of exhaustive DD. The Indians according to PB, are far worse than the Chinese. Dont also forget that one 42% shareholder in the coy is a good dealer, and wants his pound of flesh represented in the sale price. Then you also have to have respective Govt approvals.
