Given the way the Banks made OZL fire sale their assets at the bottom of the GFC I would doubt Bank Funding would be available to QMN.

CDU is a half billion market cap and they had to go to China and down the placement slash off-take road.

I reckon your Exco hook up seems the most likely when they are cashed up after the CCP sakle to the X Men.
