I met with some of the directors in May and I raised the question about

The director responded by saying "this matter had been dealt with".

After your post stating "the Supreme Court of Appeal Final Roll still has the matter listed for hearing on 30 August 2011."

I sent an email to the directors asking them to have this removed.

To other important matters it looks like the markets have not been kind to NKP. I guess some holders have had enough. I can tell you a deal is getting closer but when you are talking multi million dollar deals, negotiations take time.

Without sounding repetitive "patience will be rewarded".
