@Swuzzlebubble Re#3: I am not certain of anything regarding MCO these days, but it seems ot me that a headhunter is one who loves to talk up his own book, but wouldn't unless something was brewing. If the headhunter knows what he is talking about, I assume that the candidate would need to inform his current employer etc., and this would take weeks to play out. However, like I say, this is a massive assumption that HH is not blowing hot air (won't be the first time).
