The most positive point from my perspective is that CGV, and more specifically Dr Michael Green (on behalf of CGV), is still focused on UCG.

The FY09/10 Annual Report states Dr Green entered into a Technology Partnership Agreement with CGV which continues 'until July 23 2011, or to such a later date as the parties may agree'.

I invested in CGV based on its UCG potential, and had significant concerns that this may no longer be a focus of the company. We still wait for confirmation, however presentations such as this certainly suggest Dr Green and UCG are both still firmly in the picture.
