What he said just doesn't sound right or make sense to me.
We know there will be no new shares issued to feed the US listing on the Nasdaq. The Aussie listed shares will be bundled into lots of 30 to be listed as 1 PMBD.
What I don't get is this "hold or lien" on the aussie shares. How can BNYM effectively transfer beneficial ownership of something that is still owned by another entity? Something is missing here.
