Not quite sure I am with it here. If they don't buy shares and merely put a hold or lien over them, whose shares do they put the lien over. They certainly aren't going to put one over my shares. Also if they do put a lien over shares that are taken from the market how do those people get paid for their shares?
Not sure if I am missing something here or whether Phil perhaps did not expand enough on his answer. Surely the shares have to be paid for.
Anyone else got any ideas.
