It appears to me that BNYM will be buying our shares (in the 10 day lead up to listing in the first instance) they will hold the shares and bundle them in to ADR's (30:1)
The yanks buy the ADR's from BNYM - simple.
If they want more, BNYM have to buy more (off us ) to support the ADR's
AM I missing something here - Seems simple enough
