yes i would agree with you on all fronts there.

with the forthcoming tour of the testing plant at the newcastle site i believe this may further cement the belief to fellow apg holders that company is doing the best that it can ....

and unlike past deals where india required that other regulations be met this perhaps may be a different ball game....

just out of interest are you looking at it technically as well?
