Well, that really confuses things - there are plenty of reasons for the price of oil to be falling and it stays high and goes higher - a very bullish sign. Then GS comes out with this (misquoted though in that article) - a bearish sign.
Might have to wait for oil to be on the front of Shares Magazine with a feature on "The 10 best Oil Stocks Under 50 Cents" to know that the end of the bull run is near.
