From memory that info was included in the initial announcement regarding Ophir/Senegal, but it serves as a useful reminder to both newbies and old hands as to what's in the wings over the coming months.
I'm not so sure about the clock starting from spud date though - that makes no sense (to me). For example, if the drill takes 65 days(heaven forbid), where does that leave the agreement? I think the clock would start ticking when TD is reached, or when drilling formally ceases.
