I agree that once the milestone of completing the production plant in Vietnam and commencement of commissioning/production this stock will be re-rated. I dont believe that the Hartleys parties are sellers. I believe that they are long term holders, waiting for the re-rating. I have acquired and continue to do so at these levels and have approx 5m shares. I wont be selling until i see at least 40-50 cents...go HAZ
