I'm aware of what you are saying, regarding sometimes a drug works better on the harder cases.

I'm not aware of the trial that you have mentioned, however human behaveral drugs do have some purprising results at times.

Also with various indications, lke certain cancers, a more defined expression can lead to better targetting etc.

However the vitrogro mode of action should produce 'better' results in this later trial. Obviously, nothing is guarenteed. We also have a double blinded trial this time.
