Once again, great work you did :))
I see alot of responsible people with dogs on a leash, dog and owner both contend. If they want a bit of 'born free', then go to the exercise appropiate beaches/rivers/parks etc, simple.
I saw one young father taking the baby for a 'walk' in the pram with him on the phone and two 'non 'toy' dogs'(just a term, I love ALL animals:)) not on a leash. Now what control would he have towards those dogs?
I'm serious, any dogs I see without a leash I'll scat just to get a reaction from the owner and then it's on for young and old. I'm curious for their defense!
