As an addendum to last night's post:

Yesterday I revisted the GOT promotional clip that Fluffynymph uploaded. I watched it a couple of times.

Please note that GOT, in that clip, stated that the company were "aggressively" pursuing their so called Groote Project. That the TO's have mounted an aggresive campaign in response to GOT's relentless pursuit of their objectives should surely come as no surprise.

Also, please note that Gemco have made no public utterances as to their own granted ELs.

The approach to date of both the ALC and Gemco is to attempt to sort out the issues re the latters EL's in camera. Given how those consultations and negotiations unfold will determine whether those issues enter the public domain.

In terms of placing the Groote Project into public focus, and gaining media coverage, for example, the first moves were initiated by GOT in an attempt to market and sell their concept. They had alternatives at their disposal, including approaching the ALC before their EL's were even staked.
