Unless they are very arrogant, Wah Nam will need to be hugely reliant on BRM management in almost every key decision made. Given Wah Nam's almost non-existent expertise in mining, you can see a whole series of management meetings where simple issues need to be explained, and Wah Nam are just in the way.
