If you want to go down that path I suggest that you ask for a copy of the constitution (they are required to give you a copy - sometime at a nominal charge for photocopying etc).

The Corporations Act now requires those requesting an EGM to pay for the costs of the meeting and the mail-out.

It may be better to simply collect the 100 signatures (or 5% of the votes) and wait for the company to call an EGM after the next capital raising (sooner rather than later if G-1 is a failure). At least that way you're not reaching into your pocket to fund the meeting.
