exciting $5.41 million cr

Any ideas on why $5.41 million CR? It's such a defined amount.

The thing I still like is that they clearly mentioned
- new projects (with an s, so more than one)
- to provide working capital (so a new regular income of some sort)

I bought more on Friday. Even it drops further it will rise eventually when the big boys want to invest. I don't want to miss out on the next pump.

So any ideas on $5.41mil?

I'm only new to trading so I may have missed something simple.
Sounds to me that they know exactly what they need to pay for what they are after
