I have a spare $10k
1. Do i top up my silver bullion collection as i think we are close to another big move up
or
2.Buy and top up gold shares??
Both 1 and 2 are manipulated by banks BUT at least with silver i have something to show for my money.
what to do.....any thoughts.
p.s i am long of gold stocks,gold bullion and silver.
