I think it's a great move. They could flog this off to the TSX coy say for $ 12 mil + 40 % of the new coy. Then they don't have to raise the $ 10 mil needed. The Canadian company can spin it off. Or they could sell it out tight say $60 mil or so to the TSX coy. Either way we should see the SP passin $ 1 at least. Ross smith is a smart guy.
